Group Fitness

 

Kawana Fitness Centre offers a wide variety of group fitness classes, including Les Mills classes, which are designed to meet the needs of people of all abilities, experience and fitness levels. Our qualified instructors make exercising in a group fun and enjoyable, whilst ensuring you are comfortably challenged to increase your fitness.

 

We offer many classes every day of the week, and recommend you try a variety of styles to keep your training diverse and interesting.


 

 

 

 

Fitball – a fun, cardio and muscle conditioning workout utilising a fitball. Suitable for beginner to intermediate level.

FitBox – a great training session using boxing drills and combinations, combined with cardio and abdominal exercises, to really challenge your fitness. All levels and abilities.

AbsBlitz – a half hour workout featuring various exercises to tighten and tone the core abdominal muscles.

Circuit – a station-based workout incorporating a mix of strength and resistance stations, so that you get the best of both worlds in the one session.
